Recruitment Consultant – UK & International Markets (Remote – Kenya)

About the role

UCM is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from Kenya, focusing on the UK and international markets. The role involves full‑time candidate sourcing, screening and placement across UCM Education UK, UCM Middle East and UCM Global.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using databases, job boards and other channels.
• Review CVs, conduct screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain active pipelines through regular follow‑up and communication.
• Update the CRM accurately and track progress against activity and placement targets.
• Collaborate with the wider team and, where required, perform light outreach to prospective client organisations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, judgement and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to own the recruitment process from start to finish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment databases and CRM systems.
• Effective use of job boards and online sourcing tools.

• Monthly base salary of KES 70,000–85,000 plus commission and bonuses.
