Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the commercial effort in a defined geographic area, driving new customer acquisition and nurturing existing accounts from pre‑sales through after‑sales support. The role focuses on increasing revenue, profitability and cash flow while aligning with the company’s KPIs and strategic targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture market opportunities within the designated region.
• Acquire new customers and manage the full sales cycle for existing accounts.
• Develop and implement action plans to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Support marketing initiatives and market communications.
• Maintain deep understanding of the PV market and industry trends.
• Travel frequently to visit existing and potential customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (logistics management, international trade or related fields preferred; Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in large‑ or medium‑sized international trade, preferably in PV inverters, solar modules, solar cells or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing an existing customer base.
• Result‑driven, autonomous, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organization and analytical abilities.
