About the role
The position involves providing general nursing care in an outpatient setting and counseling patients at PCEA Tumutumu Hospital. You will join a network of medical entrepreneurs dedicated to delivering high‑quality, affordable healthcare across Kenya.
Required profile
- Very good knowledge of nursing, medical care and counseling standards and procedures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Kiswahili
- Demonstrated evidence‑based knowledge of current outpatient nursing practices
- Ability to multi‑task, work with minimal supervision and handle emergency calls
- Compassionate, honest, disciplined and community‑focused attitude
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Proficiency with Health Management Information Systems (HMIS)
