About the role

POWERVISION CONSULTANCY is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the recruitment sector. The role focuses on generating new leads, acquiring clients, and supporting the company’s sales targets through effective marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate services market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital and social media campaigns that support lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in the corporate services or recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
