Sales Executive – Apparel Production

About the role

The Sales Executive will develop and manage a pipeline of B2B clients for apparel production, securing new contracts and growing existing accounts to maximise factory capacity and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business through corporate outreach, public tenders, institutional partnerships and retail contracts.
• Translate client requirements into clear product specifications and advise on cost‑effective, production‑feasible garment solutions.
• Prepare competitive quotations with the Factory Manager, ensuring accurate cost calculations (CMT, fabric, trims, overheads).
• Maintain a tracking system for client orders, coordinate sample development, and align sales commitments with production capacity.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and timely collection of receivables.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Fashion/Textile‑related field.
• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in garment, textile or apparel manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, knit vs woven materials, print/embroidery costing and garment construction.
