Sales Executive – Cleaning Equipment & Accessories

About the role

The Sales Executive will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in our cleaning equipment and accessories. Working from our Westlands office, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction across the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach and lead creation.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, presenting product solutions and building relationships.
• Prepare accurate quotations with detailed product specifications and follow up on their status.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date client database, both digitally and on paper, and record all relevant contact information.
• Serve as the main contact for inquiries via phone, email, walk‑ins, WhatsApp and social media.
• Coordinate after‑sales service, invoicing and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Produce weekly reports on quotations issued and provide feedback to the sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality or cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
