Sales Executive – Hybrid Customer Service & Call Centre

About the role

This position combines front‑line customer service with inbound and outbound sales activities. You will rotate between the showroom, handling walk‑in clients, and the call centre, managing phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries. The role is built for a results‑driven professional who can sell aggressively yet maintain a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk‑in customers, understand their needs and propose suitable products or services.
• Prepare accurate quotations and invoices, upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate, and follow up open quotations until closure.
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and online leads, converting them into quotations and sales orders.
• Conduct outbound follow‑up calls on pending quotations and re‑engage dormant customers.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and professionalism.
• Build long‑term client relationships, resolve complaints promptly and ensure post‑sale satisfaction.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
