Sales Operations Officer – Agribusiness

About the role

The Sales Operations Officer will support the agribusiness sales team by coordinating daily sales activities across all regions, ensuring smooth lead‑to‑cash processes and high data quality. Working closely with Area Sales Managers, the officer will act as the central hub for sales documentation, CRM management and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations, aligning with Area Sales Managers to meet company standards.
• Track sales opportunities from lead generation through approval, installation and payment.
• Prepare and maintain sales worksheets, trackers and operational records.
• Receive and qualify inbound enquiries, capture leads in the CRM and monitor response times.
• Collaborate with financing partners, Customer Support, Finance and Operations to ensure timely approvals and a seamless customer journey.
• Monitor team productivity, generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and forecasts.
• Onboard new sales representatives, organise training sessions and distribute sales collateral.
• Conduct periodic audits of CRM records and sales documentation to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) in sales operations or related functions.
• Proven ability to coordinate sales activities across multiple regions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and partner coordination.
