Sales Representative – Customer Acquisition & Account Management

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive growth in the assigned territory by planning and executing sales activities, acquiring new customers and nurturing existing accounts. The role requires a proactive, customer‑focused approach to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and execute the sales plan for the assigned area, ensuring targets are met.
• Identify and acquire new customers through visits, calls, referrals and other proactive methods.
• Build trust with new and existing customers, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Apply value‑selling techniques to uncover implicit needs and present benefits that match product capabilities.
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, coordinating with sales and customer service teams.
• Maintain accurate sales administration, record call outcomes and plan follow‑up actions.
• Provide management with quantitative and qualitative insights on sales performance.
• Continuously develop product and technical knowledge through local and global trainings.
• Participate in sales‑related projects and contribute to their outcomes.
