Sales Representative – FMCG Hygiene Products

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to promote and sell hygiene and sanitary products across assigned routes in Nairobi. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with retail partners, and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell hygiene and sanitary products within designated routes.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to retail shops, wholesalers and distributors.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain product visibility and merchandising standards in outlets.
• Support in‑store promotional activities and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries and basic complaints.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports and maintain accurate order records.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with credit control and report any risks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG sales, preferably hygiene/sanitary products.
• Proven field sales track record with ability to meet targets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with General Trade (GT) routes is an advantage.

• Salary of KSH 30,000 per month.
