Sales Representative

About the role

Network International is the leading FinTech company in the Middle East and Africa. As a Sales Representative based in Nanyuki, you will be the first point of contact for merchants, driving adoption and usage of our POS solutions while representing the organization’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, preferences and purchase intentions.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, report on progress and update management.
• Handle escalated customer issues, maintain key client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Prospect new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to close deals.
• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of Network’s products and services to address inquiries.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and value‑added service opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front‑line sales or business development.
• Strong communication, persuasion and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to understand and respond to merchant needs and handle escalations.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
