Sales Supervisor – Mombasa & Kisumu

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a retail team in Mombasa and Kisumu, driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer experience and operational discipline. This position combines hands‑on coaching with performance management to meet daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the assigned team and drive upselling, cross‑selling and promotions.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and shift adherence; enforce SOPs, grooming standards and customer service protocols.
• Conduct on‑the‑job coaching during live selling hours and address low‑performing staff promptly.
• Oversee stock receiving, display, handling and loss‑prevention procedures, including FIFO and shrinkage control.
• Lead customer engagement, resolve complaints at first contact and ensure counters are clean and well‑merchandised.
• Submit daily sales summaries, report incidents and participate in performance reviews with management.
