Service Point Advisor – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Service Point Advisor will represent DHL Express at a dedicated retail location, providing high‑quality service to walk‑in and telesales customers. You will promote DHL’s product portfolio, ensure accurate transaction processing, and act as a brand ambassador to drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑oriented service to walk‑in and telesales clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote DHL products and value‑added services (e‑commerce, TDI, VAS) to generate revenue growth.
• Capture complete shipment data, apply correct coding, and enter information accurately into DHL systems.
• Collect and reconcile daily sales proceeds, remit funds promptly, and maintain precise financial records.
• Handle customer complaints and objections professionally, aiming for full resolution.
• Identify and suggest improvements to procedures, technology, and service quality.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve service and billing issues.

Required profile

• University degree or higher diploma from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, planning, decision‑making under uncertainty, results orientation, teamwork, and effective communication.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
