About the role

Purpink Gifts Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the company's digital presence and drive engagement across multiple social media platforms. The role sits within the E-Commerce department and reports to the Marketing Lead. It focuses on growing online communities, building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement and supporting sales through strategic digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content
• Manage daily social media activities and community engagement
• Grow and nurture online communities
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics
• Manage paid social media campaigns and their optimisation
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and promotions
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Explore influencer partnerships and collaborations

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Proven experience in content creation and campaign execution
