About the role

We are looking for experienced HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and earn rewards for successful referrals. You will work on your own schedule, dedicating only a few hours per week as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient hiring.
• Gather and relay feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Track referral progress and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Earn commissions for each client referral that converts, including bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed schedule or quota.
• Proven track record of successful talent acquisition or recruitment consulting.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven recruiting platforms.
