Territory Manager – Lubricant Reseller

About the role

The Territory Manager – Lubricant Reseller will drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer retention for a leading oil and gas company. Working within an assigned region, you will manage and develop the lubricant reseller network, ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lubricant market segment in the assigned region to achieve profitable growth.
• Meet yearly volume and margin targets.
• Provide sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and quarterly price surveys.
• Deliver lubricant training to customers and prospects.
• Enforce credit policy and support resellers on stocking, pricing, and merchandising.
• Advise management on market changes affecting forecasts, blending, and importation.
• Control overhead expenses such as equipment maintenance, seminars, promotions, mileage, and stationery.
• Maintain profitability and market share while identifying new marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Agricultural Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or commercial environment.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative and responsibility.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Valid driving licence.
