Tutorial Fellow - Occupational Health & Safety

About the role

Mama Ngina University College is recruiting a Tutorial Fellow in Occupational Health & Safety for a full-time, on-site position in Gatundu. The post is the entry grade for Master's degree holders into the university cadre and works under the direct supervision of a senior officer. Teaching positions are on permanent and pensionable terms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tutorials and prepare learning materials
• Guide students through coursework and mark assignments
• Support research activities
• Assist lecturers with curriculum delivery and academic administration

Required profile

• A Master's degree in Population Health, Public Health, Public Reproductive Health, Epidemiology & Disease Control, Monitoring & Evaluation, Community Health, Occupational Health & Safety or its equivalent from an accredited university, or a Bachelor's degree in Population Health
• Registered for a Ph.D. in the area of specialty
• University teaching experience is an added advantage
• Proficiency in computer applications
