Automotive Sales Representative – 3 Positions – Nairobi

About the role

The client, a fast‑growing automotive company, is looking for three Sales Representatives in Nairobi to drive vehicle sales. You will engage customers, prospect new business and manage relationships to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers to expand the client base in the automotive market.
• Promote and sell workshop services, spare parts and related products to individual and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and brand‑visibility activities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the automotive industry.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, demand trends and product performance.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of automotive products and services where applicable.
• Perform any other sales‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience; experience in a workshop or technical environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
