BESS Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic BESS Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager to lead our overseas business development for energy storage solutions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving market expansion, and delivering sales targets across assigned regions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key overseas clients, lead negotiations and manage public‑relations activities.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of international customers and develop detailed market expansion plans.
• Manage the sales budget, control costs and ensure optimal allocation of resources within the region.
• Design and execute overseas marketing strategies for energy‑storage products aligned with corporate goals.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, produce regular reports and set regional sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of proven sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years in the energy‑storage industry and solid knowledge of market demands.
• Proactive attitude, strong stress‑management, excellent management and adaptability.
• Fluent English (advanced listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Established customer resources and familiarity with energy‑storage policies and networks in target regions are preferred.
• Strong market‑development abilities and extensive customer contacts are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
