About the role
The Loan Officer will focus on Biashara (business) loans, handling overdue repayments, conducting field visits, and preparing recovery reports. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on overdue bodaboda loan repayments.
- Conduct field visits to borrowers and update collection records.
- Prepare and submit recovery reports to management.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma or KCSE certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in debt collection or loan recovery, preferably in micro‑finance.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
