Commercial Support & Pricing Analyst

About the role

The Commercial Support & Pricing Analyst will drive pricing, profitability and commercial performance across business segments. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimise margins and provide insights that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end pricing and act as custodian of customer contracts for all commercial segments.
• Collaborate with Supply, Legal, CSC, GBS and other stakeholders to ensure timely cost communication.
• Maintain customer master data integrity in SAP S/4HANA.
• Generate business insights, conduct profitability analysis and support demand forecasting within a +/-5% variance.
• Prepare reports, presentations and daily performance updates for OU stakeholders.
• Support annual planning for volume, margins, OPEX and CAPEX across commercial segments.
• Review credit/debit note requests and drive competitive pricing strategies for B2B and Aviation tenders.
• Monitor cost management for CAPEX and OPEX to optimise ROI and ensure HSSE compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business analysis or commercial pricing.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to changing market dynamics.

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and IBP.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Power Query.
