About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Sales Growth Business Partner to introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies. This is a flexible, commission‑only position that can be performed entirely remotely, allowing you to build your own pipeline and earn based on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies within your professional network.
• Present Flowmingo’s platform, highlighting its ability to reduce screening time and improve hiring quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor for prospects exploring the solution.
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product team.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process independently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or talent acquisition consulting.
• Strong relationships with decision‑makers in hiring or HR functions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
