DSTV Business Sales Representative – Trans-Nzoia, West Pokot & Turkana

About the role

The DSTV Business Sales Representative will drive B2B sales growth across Trans‑Nzoia, West Pokot and Turkana counties. You will act as the face of the DStv Business brand, building relationships with commercial clients and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients in target sectors.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Provide ongoing customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and maintain CRM data.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven B2B sales experience in the Kenyan market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan business landscape, especially in the specified counties.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
• Results‑oriented with a proactive, independent work style.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
