Executive Assistant Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Luke Hotel is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations. This senior‑level position ensures seamless coordination across rooms, food & beverage, and guest‑facing services while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across Rooms, F&B, and other guest‑facing departments.
• Assist the General Manager with implementing standards, budgets, SOPs and operational priorities.
• Monitor HOD performance, action plans, staffing levels and service quality.
• Lead briefings, track issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage guest feedback, service recovery, VIP handling and high‑priority matters.
• Oversee major events, banquets and high‑occupancy periods.
• Support budgeting, cost‑control, purchasing discipline and revenue‑improvement initiatives.
• Act as senior decision‑maker in the GM’s absence and escalate critical issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• 5–8 years progressive hotel operations experience with management responsibility.
• Broad knowledge of front office, housekeeping, F&B, banqueting and overall hotel functions.
• Strong leadership, guest‑service recovery and planning abilities.
