Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets across its hotel portfolio. You will ensure seamless service, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s high standards of quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all assigned food and beverage outlets.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and service teams.
• Monitor labor costs, productivity, and departmental expenses against budget targets.
• Drive food and beverage sales through upselling, promotions, and innovative guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, Purchasing, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze performance data, guest feedback, and financial results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support special events, themed dining experiences, and resort‑wide F&B initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role within an international hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple high‑volume outlets.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, budgeting, and cost management.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge
• Experience with POS systems
• Familiarity with hotel management software
