About the role

The HR Operations Agent will support global HR functions, the HR hotline, and urgent operational tasks across the EMEA region. Working closely with regional HR teams, you will help ensure smooth, compliant processes throughout the employee life cycle while leveraging AI and automation to deliver faster support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support for requests across multiple regions and time zones.
• Manage and execute global HR operational tasks throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the HR hotline and handle urgent, time‑sensitive HR inquiries.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and act as backup for country‑specific operations when needed.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools and automation to deliver faster, smarter HR support.

Required profile

• Experience in HR operations or related support functions.
• Ability to work across different time zones and handle urgent requests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Comfort with using AI and automation tools to solve operational problems.
