Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning and Development Manager to lead employee growth in a 100% remote environment. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning across our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level executives and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D initiatives with business goals.
• Design engaging curricula—including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops, and micro‑learning—for a distributed team.
• Lead and continuously improve the remote onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
• Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring courses are accessible, intuitive, and properly tracked.
• Manage the annual L&D budget, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor ROI on training initiatives.
• Analyze metrics, conduct skills audits, and gather learner feedback to refine programs.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to create leadership development and career‑pathing frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of L&D experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed setting.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies, and instructional design principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Docebo, Canvas, or Absorb.
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
