Membership Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Membership Intern to support membership growth, recruitment, and engagement within EPROK, a business membership organization. You will actively contribute to outreach initiatives, member acquisition activities, and communication efforts aimed at expanding and strengthening the EPROK membership base.

Key responsibilities

• Support the identification, mapping, and recruitment of potential member companies within the sector.
• Participate in member acquisition and outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and physical visits to prospective members.
• Present and promote the EPROK membership value proposition to prospective members.
• Follow up on membership leads and maintain accurate records of recruitment progress.
• Assist in planning and coordinating member engagement meetings, networking forums, and related events.
• Support the development and preparation of marketing materials, membership briefs, and promotional content.
• Maintain and regularly update membership recruitment databases, tracking tools, and reports.
• Assist in onboarding new members by facilitating registration processes and ensuring required documentation is completed accurately.
• Support field coordination activities for e‑waste collection drives and partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong interest in marketing and business development.
• Confident communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to engage potential members professionally.
• Basic understanding of sales or membership recruitment processes.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and willing to undertake field visits.
