Office Executive

About the role

The Office Executive will support business and project development through crop research, efficient office administration, field coordination and strong farmer relationships. This on‑site role requires a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or Agribusiness and at least five years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Research crop supply chains and compile clear documentation.
• Collect, sort and enter data, prepare reports and presentations.
• Coordinate staff travel, farm visits and meetings.
• Track field staff activities, data and work output.
• Share information across agronomy, farming and sales teams.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Agribusiness or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum five years’ experience in administration, operations or project support.
• Experience in the agricultural sector is an advantage.
• Strong research, reporting, planning and communication skills.

Required skills

• Practical Excel skills (data entry, sorting, filters, basic formulas).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Email and digital record‑keeping competence.
