Overseas Fundi Manager (Construction & Advertising)

About the role

Twyford International Kenya is looking for a results‑driven Overseas Fundi Manager to lead construction, advertising and tiler engagement programmes across multiple countries. The role blends hands‑on construction expertise with strategic planning, cost control and regional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Audit construction quotations, verify suppliers and standardise materials across regions.
• Develop and execute construction plans (yearly, quarterly, monthly) and track project progress.
• Analyse showroom construction impact on sales and continuously improve strategies.
• Audit advertising quotations, manage suppliers, standardise materials and monitor campaign performance.
• Control procurement costs, ensure supplier compliance and maintain cost efficiency.
• Oversee tiler (fundi) engagement, reward programmes, training budgets and performance reporting.
• Assess staffing needs, support recruitment planning and prepare weekly/monthly reports for all functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Building & Construction or Interior Design.
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction/project management, including fundi team leadership.
• Proven experience in procurement, supplier management and multi‑country operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; English required, Swahili an advantage.
