About the role

The Relationship Manager (Business & Commercial) will drive sustainable growth and retention of an assigned commercial client portfolio. You will deliver tailored financial solutions, strengthen client relationships, and ensure optimal risk management, compliance, and profitability while contributing to the sector strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized financial solutions for commercial clients.
• Manage a portfolio of business customers, monitoring performance and profitability.
• Conduct credit analysis, financial structuring, and risk assessment for loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client strategies with the bank’s overall objectives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in business/commercial banking relationship management.
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering financial solutions.
• Strong background in credit analysis, financial structuring, and portfolio growth.
• Experience engaging clients at various seniority levels and handling complex relationships.
