About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing gifting company, is looking for an innovative and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Representative to expand market presence and deepen customer engagement in Nairobi. You will play a key part in driving revenue through new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and compelling brand campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Expand the corporate client portfolio while nurturing existing relationships.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Convert prospects into active customers and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Manage corporate accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups to understand evolving gifting needs.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and corporate events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or marketing.
- Experience handling corporate clients; background in retail, gifting, lifestyle, hospitality or e‑commerce is a plus.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
