Senior M&E Advisor

About the role
The Senior M&E Advisor will provide technical leadership for Monitoring and Evaluation across ActionAid’s programmes in Kenya. Working closely with programme teams, the advisor will shape evaluation designs, oversee data analysis and help translate findings into actionable learning.
Key responsibilities
- Provide M&E technical support and guidance to programme teams.
- Design and implement evaluations and assessments.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Build M&E capacity of programme staff through training and mentorship.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in M&E.
- Strong knowledge of evaluation methodologies and data analysis techniques.

- Competitive salary range of $45,000 – $55,000 per year.
