Tax Accountant (Chartered Accountant/Enrolled Agent) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant or Enrolled Agent to join a global financial services leader on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and advisory services for clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns in line with federal, state, and international regulations.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimise clients' financial positions.
• Stay current with evolving tax laws and regulations.
• Represent clients during audits and communicate with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, or financial advisory.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• ProSeries tax software.
• Drake tax software.
