About the role
The Technology Performance Manager will oversee IT financial performance and data analytics for KCB Bank, providing analytical support and insights to drive technology adoption and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide analytical support, generate standard and custom reports, and analyse business trends to inform technology initiatives.
- Track and measure KPIs, engage with technology units on performance, and prepare performance management packs for senior leaders.
- Facilitate service level agreements, ensure communications team contracts, and collaborate across departments to align goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related business field; Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis, performance management, and data analytics.
- Proven stakeholder management experience of at least 2 years.
