Partner Manager - Africa (French Speaker)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a French‑speaking Partner Manager to join its fast‑growing Channel Sales team in Nairobi. You will act as the primary liaison for Odoo partners across Africa, helping them expand their business while also developing new opportunities with end‑customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Odoo partners, including resellers, system integrators and IT companies.
• Coach partners on business strategy, implementation methodology and product knowledge.
• Qualify end‑clients, deliver tailored demos and match them with the most suitable partner.
• Negotiate licences and pricing with both partners and customers.
• Develop cross‑functional processes to improve operational efficiency for partners and customers.
• Establish long‑term, win‑win relationships with partners throughout Africa.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (mandatory for this position).
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience in channel sales, partner management or business development.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
