Community Sales Agent – 5‑Month Pilot (Nairobi)

About the role

Virtuous Life is launching a 5‑month pilot to bring reusable period underwear to communities in Nairobi. As a Community Sales Agent you will be the face of this sustainable health initiative, helping women adopt cost‑effective, eco‑friendly products while driving sales in your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales quotas and contribute to a monthly territory target ranging from KES 960k to KES 1.68M.
• Educate customers on long‑term cost savings and health benefits of reusable products through group activations in salons, gyms, or homes.
• Identify and onboard micro‑distribution points and local influencers to create a word‑of‑mouth referral network.
• Log every transaction in real time using the affiliate tracking system and WhatsApp reporting tools.
• Provide weekly market‑feedback reports and maintain 100% accuracy of mobile stock and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Influential, disciplined and passionate about community health and sustainability.
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and conducting product demonstrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with local leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and WhatsApp for reporting.
• Basic inventory management and data entry.
• Ability to conduct small‑group product activations.
