Distributor & Global Health Partnerships Manager

About the role

Butterfly Network is seeking a leader to own and expand its distributor ecosystem across Africa while driving engagement with ministries of health, NGOs, development agencies, and international funders. The role blends commercial channel leadership with global‑health impact, turning large‑scale health system opportunities into sustainable, multi‑year programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of the African distributor portfolio, including revenue, forecasting, funnel management, and territory planning.
• Conduct structured business reviews and co‑develop annual business plans to ensure repeat‑order growth.
• Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new distributors in priority markets.
• Expand product penetration across public health systems, private hospitals, NGOs, military healthcare, and academic institutions.
• Support partners throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing distributor networks and building partnerships in the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with ministries of health, NGOs, development agencies, and international funders.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue generation and market building.
