Group Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

Q-Sourcing Servtec Group (QSSG), a human capital management firm headquartered in Mauritius with operations in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and South Sudan, is looking for a Group Human Resource Business Partner in Nairobi. The role partners with the CEO and executive team to design a people strategy aligned with the business strategy, build a skilled Human Capital organization across subsidiaries and guide local HR managers on implementation and major operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the Group's structure, talent and capabilities, develop a Human Capital strategy and optimize organizational design
• Build and run talent acquisition and retention strategies, strengthen the employer brand and set up workforce planning and productivity frameworks
• Foster a high-performance culture, lead diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and design leadership development programs
• Create performance management systems, compensation structures and OKRs to align behaviour with strategic objectives
• Use HR analytics and KPIs to monitor workforce productivity and employee experience across Manpower and IPMS projects
• Align salary and incentive structures with the business strategy and benchmark against the market
• Drive change management through clear communication and engagement

Required profile

• Master's degree in Organizational Design, Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
• CIPD or SHRM-SCP certification; PROSCI or organizational design certifications highly desirable
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with significant multi-regional or Pan-African experience
• Experience covering HR roles at both group and local levels
