Service Receptionist – Luxury Automotive Dealership

About the role

The Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients arriving at our service department. You will create a welcoming environment, guide customers to the right resources and ensure a smooth, client‑focused experience throughout their vehicle service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a friendly, customer‑focused presence.
• Connect client enquiries with the appropriate service team members.
• Arrange client transportation using Uber, internal rental program, or valet services.
• Answer internal and external phone calls, directing callers as needed.
• Provide service updates and take payments from clients.
• Coordinate after‑hours kiosk pickups and drop‑offs.
• Liaise with car‑wash and lot staff to minimise vehicle return delays.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability (40 hours/week), Monday‑Friday day shift.
• Reliable personal transportation to the workplace.
• Strong communication and customer‑service experience.
• Effective time‑management, organization and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment.
