About the role
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth of our ERP solutions across Kenya. The role focuses on building and managing a network of channel partners, driving indirect sales, and expanding market presence for enterprise software.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners and resellers.
- Develop and execute partner enablement programs, including training and pre‑sales support.
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline through partner activities to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor partner performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with sales processes.
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing and sales teams to close deals and tailor solutions for customers.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience selling ERP or enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record in channel sales and partner relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan business ecosystem and B2B sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
