About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join its Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers in your network, helping them improve hiring speed and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your contacts in HR, recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather feedback from new users to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of hiring processes and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
