Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Coca-Cola is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist in Nairobi, Kenya. Working closely with the Country Lead, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, the role proactively and strategically attracts, sources, selects, deploys and hires talent while helping build a compelling employer brand. The deadline is 31 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Talent sourcing: implement sourcing strategies and selection methodologies to build high-quality active and passive candidate pipelines, identify internal talent and fill vacancies within agreed timeframes
• Talent assessments: use assessment information to improve the quality of selection
• Data integrity and reporting: ensure accurate talent acquisition and assessment data and report recruitment metrics
• Employer value proposition: position the employer brand internally and externally to attract and retain talent
• Onboarding: run the onboarding programme for new recruits and track the onboarding experience
• Stakeholder engagement: follow up with recruiting managers, advise HR Business Partners and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with a postgraduate HR qualification
• IHRM membership
• 3-5 years of experience as a talent acquisition or recruitment specialist in an FMCG or manufacturing company
• Proven hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods
