About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to capture market opportunities, acquire new customers and manage existing accounts from pre‑sales through after‑sales support. The role requires strong autonomy, frequent travel and a deep understanding of the photovoltaic (PV) market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop market opportunities within the assigned region.
- Acquire new customers and nurture existing relationships across the sales cycle.
- Increase revenue, profitability and cash flow in line with established KPIs.
- Create and execute action plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Support marketing initiatives and market communications.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the PV industry and local market trends.
- Travel regularly to visit existing and potential customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (logistics management, international trade or related fields preferred; Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in large or medium‑sized international trade, preferably in PV inverters, solar modules or solar cells.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Result‑oriented, able to work independently under pressure.
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational abilities.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and intercultural skills.
